Casey Ward for Assembly
Privacy policy
Short version: we use what you send us to run this campaign, and we never sell it.
This is a demo site. Casey Ward is a fictional candidate. Anything you submit here lands in a demonstration back office whose data is wiped and rebuilt every night. Please don't enter real personal details you wouldn't want a stranger to see.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, a street address if you request a yard sign or choose to share it, and any note you write. We don't run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and it sets no cookies of its own.
How we use it
- To follow up on what you asked for: volunteering, a yard sign, an event, or a reply to your note.
- To deliver and later collect yard signs, which means matching your address to a spot on a map.
- To tell you about campaign events and ways to help. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not send text messages from this site's forms.
Who sees it
The campaign's own team, through a private back office that only signed-in staff and volunteers can open. Volunteers who knock doors see only their assigned neighborhoods. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send us a note and we'll take care of it. After the election, the campaign's records are exported for its own files and deleted from the back office.
Contributions
Donations are handled by the campaign's payment provider on its own secure form. The law requires campaigns to keep and report certain contributor details; those records are kept for that purpose.
